Due to the nature of our handmade products, we simply cannot accept returns. However, an exchange can be made within 7 days of receipt, if your barrette arrives damaged or defective. We will require a copy of your receipt/invoice in order to make any exchanges. If you purchased any of our items from a store, you will need to follow that store's return policy.
Each and every order is custom made to order. We make our products especially for you and strive to provide you with the kind of product that we would want to receive if we were the paying customer. We would feel awful if you received a barrette that you didn't want, so please make your selections carefully. We are not responsible if you make an incorrect selection while shopping. What you order is what you get.
With our rhinestone barrettes, we cannot guarantee that the rhinestones will stay attached when played with by curious little fingers. If they do-for whatever reason-fall off, you can iron it back on or apply a small amount of super glue or hot glue to the back of the stone and re-attach it to the barrette. If you're not comfortable with reattaching rhinestones, feel free to send it back to us. We will repair it at no additional charge, and you shall cover the shipping to us, and we will cover the shipping back to you.
